Covid-19 Cancellation Policy
The worldwide impact of COVID19 continues to ripple and evolve. It becomes clear that we will be living with travel restrictions for longer than originally anticipated. As such we are releasing a revised COVID-19 cancellation policy.
For all reservations cancelled due to COVID19 from March 16, 2020 onwards, we will honor 100% of your deposit/advance payment towards a future stay, valid for 12 months from the original check-in date (1, 2, 3).

- There are no black-out dates.
- The rate from the original reservation will be applied unless the rate for the future date is higher (ie peak season rates) in which case the higher rate will apply.
- This is a one-time offer only and further cancellations or re-bookings will revert to our normal cancellation policy.
For FUTURE/NEW Reservations: WORRY FREE BOOKINGS – When you book a new reservation for 2020 and have to cancel due to Coronavirus infection, Travel Restrictions including border closures & airline interruption to Roatan, you will be allowed to use the deposit for 12 months from original check-in date.
